Autism assessments serve not only those seeking a diagnosis but also individuals with existing diagnoses, offering valuable insights for applications (e.g., NDIS) and support planning (e.g., review assessment). These reviews are particularly beneficial during significant transitions, such as entering primary or high school or preparing for post-school life. This assessment focuses on current social skills, behavior, daily living capabilities, and support requirements, culminating in a comprehensive post-assessment report.

Conducted over about 4 to 6 hours over a few sessions. Verbal feedback is generally provided on the day of the assessment, although will be provided on an alternate date if the clinician needs to seek additional information. A comprehensive report detailing assessment results and recommendations is usually delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from the assessment appointments.

In total, the assessment process typically involves around ten hours of work, with a corresponding cost of $2000.
